I want to be ravenously hungry for Jesus. I want His presence to be evident in my life. I yearn for more of Him. I desire for His Love to be a seal upon my heart! His love is never ending, steadfast, abundant and passionate and alive! He is mine and I am His!
Forever
When reading this verse, when reading the book Song of Solomon, I am reminded that WE are the Bride of Christ! He looks on us and is CAPTIVATED by US! Wow! How amazing and humbling is that?! He can fulfill our EVERY NEED. His presence in our lives is TRUE INTIMACY. HE is everything we yearn for and desire. Whether that be the strong guiding love of a Father, the jovial kinship of a Best Friend, or the passionate intimate bond of a Lover. HE is our EVERYTHING!
Come on my soul! Come on! Yeah it’s time to look up! Glory to God!
Well, I’m finally here… Herrnhut, Germany. After eight days of traveling through Germany, I have arrived to the designation of DTS Fire and Fragrance. I’m so excited! I can’t believe I’m actually here!
Yesterday evening, my family and I took a train from Dresden to Lobau, where three awesome YWAMers were waiting to drive me to the apartment where some of us would stay for a few days. I met one other student (who shares my name!) and several staff members. We spent most of our evening talking and laughing in the kitchen! They are all sooo kind, and funny, and welcoming! I feel so at home here, and I am so in awe and humbled to hear how God brought these amazing people here. I’m confident that He will be working in amazing ways over the course of this DTS.
I’ll keep you posted ;)

Isaiah 35
Joy of the Redeemed1 The desert and the parched land will be glad;
the wilderness will rejoice and blossom.
Like the crocus, 2 it will burst into bloom;
it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy.
The glory of Lebanon will be given to it,
the splendor of Carmel and Sharon;
they will see the glory of the LORD,
the splendor of our God.3 Strengthen the feeble hands,
steady the knees that give way;
4 say to those with fearful hearts,
“Be strong, do not fear;
your God will come,
he will come with vengeance;
with divine retribution
he will come to save you.”5 Then will the eyes of the blind be opened
and the ears of the deaf unstopped.
6 Then will the lame leap like a deer,
and the mute tongue shout for joy.
Water will gush forth in the wilderness
and streams in the desert.
7 The burning sand will become a pool,
the thirsty ground bubbling springs.
In the haunts where jackals once lay,
grass and reeds and papyrus will grow.8 And a highway will be there;
it will be called the Way of Holiness;
it will be for those who walk on that Way.
The unclean will not journey on it;
wicked fools will not go about on it.
9 No lion will be there,
nor any ravenous beast;
they will not be found there.
But only the redeemed will walk there,
10 and those the LORD has rescued will return.
They will enter Zion with singing;
everlasting joy will crown their heads.
Gladness and joy will overtake them,
and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
